Theresa May is heading to Brussels to attend what will be her first European Union summit as British Prime Minister. The two-day summit will tackle a slew of major issues facing the EU, but Brexit will likely be on the backburner. Our Europe correspondent Kevin Ozebek has a preview from Brussels.
